[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Not get my refund yet

I made payment in reliance digital Jamnagar reliance digital crystal mall store for purchasing a product. They received money but somehow were not able to complete process of generating bill. After 4-5 days they received my payment then i said give my product but they said we will give you your refund so i said give my refund but they are not giving my refund yet i have done payment on 2nd November 2021 i still not get my payment .

And my transection amount is 46498.35 .
My transection date 2/nov/2021
I am sharing details so i want my money back any how please help me in this case.
