I raised a complaint regarding washing machine on 14 december 2019, my product is under warranty and on visit by technician, he said i have to pay for part replacement, even after covered under warranty. At last i have to pay inr 550.0 for part. After my insisting for invoice for same, i got a slip for service with no signature or stamp on it. After part replacement, technician said wire also needs to be change as it is bitten by rat, i agree to pay as its not company fault. But as on day my washing machine is not working. Even my complaint is closed with no intimation to me. On my various calls, new request got open. Request no [protected].
Is it a good consumer service. Will i ever purchase a reliance product. One of the worst company experience i had in my life. Was this information helpful? |
