Hello all,

I purchased an asus laptop from reliance retail ltd. Noida on[protected] and per your salesman recommendation i purchased the insurance policy from you.

I had filed for a claim on 22/04/2019 and haven't received any amount yet.

I had been constantly following up with w and ia services and received last response as below:

As per our records – your claim documents are complete and under process with the insurance co’ for their suitable action.

The outcome of the claim will be known soon and accordingly communicated.

Since after it i had been constantly following up and they are not responding, many a times there mailbox is full due to which the mail delivery fails.

Please help me get the exact claim status and a piece of advice to reliance digital don't endorse such fake insurance policies and let such insurance company take our hard earned money. As a customer i feel cheated.

Updated by AjitSingh89 Below is the last email from WIA on 19th Dec. Since then I haven't heard back from them, have done another followup today lets see if they reply. Till now none of the Reliance Digital representative contacted me. Its really sad.

We have spoken to the insurance co’ regarding your captioned claim, allow us some time ( say 10-12 days ) the outcome of the claim will be known and shared.

Your claim is currently under process.
