Myself bharath kumar about voltas ac on may month 2019 purchased, from the day one the problem was going on ac, i requested on store to resolve my problem but they have refused and their convenience me there is no the major problem it will resolve automatically, then i was not happy then again i have registered the call almost three time still issue every time i face new problem, final time on 7th september 2019 was a registration complaint your engineer never commit the proper timing on visit and your field coordinator talking rude. Finally your engineer came on 17 sep took video of problem and he said with 7 days we will replace the pcb board, we are normal peoples what can i do i accepted that.10 days after i got call from you coordinator and we need to take video of problem. I'm completely dissatisfied and unhappy with service i don't have idea after that i told them i'm not sitting @ home always i have work everytime wasting time.
I requested them i need replacement with in four months 5 times engineer visited 3 times complaint registered. Day before yesterday i got call from nearest service centre they told we will cancel the call and i have to contact customer care for replacement who is responsible for ac i need solution for unhappy product see the attached right now ac condition no use. Your engineer lefted like this.
