Reliance Digital — worst service ever seen in ncr

I had logged a complain on 2nd of June for repairing my washing machine, which is under warrantee. The staff visited and when found that it will be a replacement of motor and costing, he never turned up and closed the request by themselves. On further rating zero for feedback, the request was again opened again on 12th June, for which no body turned up till 21st June and a technician was assigned for name sake.

So they work when they are in profit and do not want to repair anything in extended warrantee.

WORST EXPERIENCE ! WORST service.

Updated by Poornima1984 There is no effect of this notification on your customer care. They did the same thing again and again opened a new request which itself is 4th time since 2nd of June 2019.
