I have purchased JIO AIRFIBER connection by paying Rs. 1111 from jio official website Booking No. LR00000F44OX. Due to some reasons I don't want the JIO fiber.
There is no option in My JIO app to cancell the booking order. The Jio customer care also do not provide any option to cancel the booking.
The connection is on hold condition.

Alternatively, you can +[protected] or[protected] compose an email to [protected]@jio.com with the subject line “Request to Close the Jio Fiber Connection.” In the body of the email, share your Jio Fiber account number +[protected] or[protected] registered mobile number and the reason for closing your connection. Send the email and wait for a response from the Jio Fiber team2.
When I contacted on one of these numbers the they ask to download some apk file, ask to open the app by turning off phone security off and ask us to enter credit card /debit card details.
This is strange, peculiar how JIO provides customer support.
Please cancel my booking and refund the booking amount.
