2- When Did the Issue Happened ?
Date: 31st December 2023.
Time: In between 5:30PM to 6:00PM.(Evening)
3- What Happened ?
I have choosen Priya biryani masla paste, gold winner cooking oil and Priya Non-Veg veg curry masala paste.After choosing these items i whent to the billing section.
The guy scanned the items and i asked what is the price of Priya Non-Veg curry masala paste cost, the guy answered 40 rupees then i said 35 rupees MRP printed on the pocket you guys are charging 5 rupees extra what is happening here i asked,
Then the guy replied me that this item is in call lock i cannot change the price. what am i suppose to do ? The database is showing the price and i have to follow it.Pay 40 rupees and take the item or else you may take the other brand.
The way he is telling that he is ordering me.
Then i said call your manager.
The guy came and i asked him what is this last time(25 days back) the same issue happened(same product) that time you refunded me and apologize that some of our customers are coming with the same issue next time it will never happen again trust me he said.
I replied him that raise the escalation for the peraon who is entering the prices in the database. I have seen the bill and i am asking about this.
What about the other customers who are not checking the bill just because of trust on the company .How much money you people are earning from the customers by this kind of fradulant activity.
4- How am I affected ?
Now Again the same issue happened this time 5 rupees increased per pocket. I have taken 10 pockets to purchase.
Luckily I checked before billing it'self.What happens if i wouldn't check the bill the same price 40 rupees will be collect by billing section which is ultimately lose my money(10 pockets means-50 rupees extra).
5- What is the Issue ?
Billing High MRP which is differ from actual MRP printed on the product lable.
This is Second time happening with the same issue with the same product, Luckily i noticed before billing.
6- What is the Response from the Management When i Inform about This Issue ?
The guy who came to talk about this issue is the same guy who came previous time also when the same issue happened.
He is just saying that this product is in call lock condition so if you want to buy the same product pay 40 rupees and take it or else take the other brand he said.
I replied him that Last time you guys done the same thing and after reaching home i found you guys are done something wrong which is unethical then I came back asked what is this? you guys refunded me.
This time luckily luckily I found this fraudulent activity before billing what is happening here i questioned.
He didn't answered properly he said take another barand.
I asked his name, he said Surendra then i asked what is your designation here to talk about this issue he is telling i won't tell all those details.
If my guess is correct he said wrong name I think because he is encouraging the staff to perform all these fraudulent activities and some other guys in that store together doing this kind of activities i think so.
I will tell the identity of this guy. This guy is short guy with less hair who is sitting inside the chamber with the other employees inside store office room.
What Action The Compy should take for the people who are doing and involving with this kind of fraudulent activities ?
1- Terminate all the staff in this store who are involving this kind of activities in the data entry department as well as particularly that guy Surendra take a strong action on him and terminate him immediately. He had shown the bad attitude and his behaviour is irresponsible.
2- The total employees in the account department of this Store should be terminate immediately.
3- Conduct strong audit on this store find the fraud guys.
4- Instruct the guys who are in the billing section that check the MRP on product lable after scanning the product and if the database is showing higher MRP than the actual MRP inform to the store incharge then explain the same thing to the customer in respectable manner during the bill.
5- Maintain set of STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES to obtain effective customer service in evry reliance smart point to avoid this kind of issues.
6- This store employees are not showing gratitude towards the company. If they have the gratitude this kind of issues will never happen.All are dishonest and irresponsible.
7- Train the employees properly that how to speak and how to deal the customer. Because customer is god.
8- Explain and tarin the employees regarding what is REPUTATION of the company means and how it will affects the company if the employees done this kind of wrong things.
Conclusion:
The company will never encourage this kind of activities any how i have loss the trust and respect on the company because of the employees response in the store. I will never come to the Reliance company smartpoint.
