I am Sourav Dutta, Last Saturday I have made shopping of Rs 1440.25/- at Reliance Smart Point store, Haldibari, WB. At the time of payment I made it through my SBI YONO upi. Balance got deducted, Yono showed my payment Success notification, but the POS machine of the store didn't generated the bill. So the bill boy asked me for cash payment and I had to made cash payment for the same bill again. They promised me that in between 2 hours the previous failed upi transaction will get reverted and money will be refunded. But its almost 48 hours happening, I have not got refund! I have visited the store again, but they are just said me they will inform the higher authorities. I have also lodged a complaint(Complaint id: 4484654) on Reliance Mart helpline but still I have got no resolution. How much time I have to wait for my money back? I don't know! Seriously now I am feeling I got cheated by Reliance Mart! Such a bad management! Was this information helpful? |
