I wanted to share this bad experience of KUN Renault dealer Kattupakkam chennai and Renault manufacture. Made booking of Kiger CVT RXZ Single tone on 5th March and Sales consultant assured 100% that car would be delivered in 3 weeks time by 25th March.

On 22nd March i enquired on status of deliver of car, Sales team said that car wont be available because Renault didn't manufacture a single CVT unit from Feb 2022.

Hi i bought renault Triber RXT model with Air bag on 15 August 2021 car number - GJ - 05 - RN - 4414. on 27 Feb 2022 my brother met with very hard accident. Very bad experience with Renault emergency road side assistance. My car light system started acting wierd and after a few moments it stopped and couldn't start the car again, I called on the helpline number multiple time and after wasting so much time I managed to log a ticket to customer care, they gave me 20 minutes waiting time but after waiting for two hours no one came to fix the issue. So about a few months back my car was sent for a regualr service and with a complaint of sone noise at the back. That wasn’t sorted out unless I went to the showroom 3 times.

This time as well, I sent my car for service but they said there are multiple issues, one of them was AC knob. Before I sent The vehicle, there dint seem that much of a problem with the same AC knob. So I said not to replace the same.

On 2nd February I booked a car Kigger Rxl Model the company and till today I have not received it. Whenever I call them they just say that we will provide it next week or it will take a week. I left my Reynault duster for service. The vehicle did not any other complaint other than a dead battery. So I thought I f changing battery as well as servicing my car.
