Good Day

I would like to lodge a complaint about my car service. I bought a car on October 2017 with Renault The Glen. My car was supposed to go for a service in October which I booked for it but they returned it back saying I should bring it around December when the kilos are 45000. I then explained to them that the car is making a noise I think the exhaust need to be changed, then they told me they wil check it which they never did, later the car was back but it wasn't serviced due to kilometers being less than 45000. Last week I called them again and why can't they service the exhaust only because there's no way I can reach the 45000 by December due to the covid I'm working from home and I can't drive the car because of the noise. They said I can bring the car for service it's fine. I took the car on Monday for service but later on the day they told me that my service plan is no longer covering the cost because it reached its 3 years period in July. I then asked them how come it reached a 3years in July whereas I bought the car in December, then they said I should've brought it up in October, I told them I was there and they said I must bring it in December, because I'm currently on 37000kms and they can only service it when it's 45000kms. So, nothing makes sense and it will never make sense especially when each other is time I have to bring my car for service there's lot of stories that doesn't add up. On Wednesday they said to me they done with the service they wil call me back but it's Friday today still no call. I called them and asked for call back but it's more than 2 hours and I'm still waiting for the call. So I'm not sure if they are doing this dodgy service to their customers whereas I bought my car with them brand new but now that they have to service it they come up with lame stories. I personally think they taking advantage as well because I'm a lady that's why there's so much said which doesn't add up. To my surprise they even asked where did I buy the car whereas I bought it with them. If that's how they treating their customers then they will lose alot. They need to treat women the same way they treat men. They need to give the best customer service as much as they do when buying the car. I'm actually runing out of patience because of this and it's a atter of time I lodge my complaints to "Hello Peter".

    We have booked Kwid RXT AMT - Zanskar Blue model with the Nanavati Motors Navsari Dealer on 29th October, 2020 upon an assurance from the Car dealer that the requested Vehicle was available in Stock and will be delivered immediately upon approval of Car Loan. Our Car Loan got approved from the Bank on 6th November and the dealer asked us the sign the disbursement papers on 7th November. Upon checking on the delivery of Car, we were told by the dealer that the requested car is now sold by another showroom hence it is currently not available however, we will get the same by 13th November. Upon following up with the dealer around 10th November to make sure that the Car will be delivered on 13th November, we were told by the staff at the Navsari Showroom, the vehicle is not yet been dispatched from the plant will be able to deliver in next dispatch batch around 17th - 19th November. We again chased them around 17th November to know the status of the delivery of car. The dealer told us that due to Diwali they are not able to check the exact status of the car and shall be able to update on 19th November once everything opens in Surat. We waited till 19th November and called them again on 18th November to know if there is any progress on the status and contacted the Customer service team at Nanavati Motors in Surat. They asked us to wait for another 1 day hence we called them on 19th November. Upon chasing them on 19th November, we were told by the Customer Service team at Nanavati Motors in Surat that the car is still not in production hence it will take min. of another 1 Month to dispatch and to get the delivery of the same. Under this circumstances, we either need to wait till 10th December or they can process the refund after deducting all the Processing fees.

    To obtain this car, we had to pay the Loan processing fees of Rs. 7500 to the Bank. Which the dealer is not willing to refund. Plus they also want to deduct the company processing fees of Rs. 3000. Additionally, since the loan amount is already disbursed by the bank to the dealer, the Bank will also recover the Interest for 15 days from us which again dealer is not willing to pay.

    This is a clear case of cheating by Nanavati Motors by using our & bank's funds for their own purpose leaving us with no option and to be at their mercy. Why are we supposed to wait for another 1 month and pay the EMI for the money that Nanavati Motors is using?

    We would want Nanavati Motors to arrange the Requested car on the immediate basis. If they are not able to give us the same car, then would request to give us the similar model with the same features or pay the EMIs to the bank on our behalf.

        I have Renault kwid dynamic 2018 model. The car losses power when it is hot and it also stops suddenly and I feel not safe as it can stop in the middle of the road and even at stop signs or robots it stops unexpectedly. I sent it to Renault dealer and they say they don't see the problem.

          I was given my Capture GJ21CA7169 in Surat service center on 5th of Nov with some complaint and you executive Mr Nirav he didn’t solve my any problem, even Alinement balacing he didn’t completed and delivered my vehicle on 6th Of Nov. now I am in my native place and here within 100km not any renault service center is available and when I called him he told I have completed all my problems. Its a very bad experience with Renault now.

            Respected Sir, On[protected] My mother Mrs.Chitra Saikia Purchase a 1.3L MT Petrol Turbo Duster (RXS) variant bearing Engine No- BS6D053570 and VIN - MEEHSRV1FL8000137 from TARINIPUR AUTOSOL Pvt.Ltd ; Situated at Duliajan - 786602 of District- Dibrugarh in the state of Assam. On the date of purchase of the above mentioned vehicle the dealer charged (Rs. 5650/-) in the name of Essential kit and a sum of ( Rs.6000/-) as Logistics charge but sir till today they have not provided my mother the Tax Invoice of the above mentioned charges. We have contacted the sales department of the dealer but they didn’t gave any positive response till now. Today while my mother requested the Tax invoice for the essential kit through the MY RENAULT mobile application we got the Tax invoice for the essential kit in my mom registered mail Id where it has been clearly mentioned with detailed particulars that the amount is Rs.3650 but the dealer has charged Rs.2000 extra from us which is completely an unlawful practice. So sir we will be very much Thankful to you if you kindly look into the matter and help us in this situation by refunding the extra money charged from us and also by providing us the Logistics money receipt as soon as possible.

            Within 5 days my problem has been solved jointly by Mr.Sujit Sharma (7002619799) and Mr.Anup chetry ( 8011017432).They together discussed the matter with the Accounts department of the company after which we got the refund.The problem could have been solved some times earlier but since festive season was around and moreover their accounts manager was out of station so it took a bit more time...Anyways I am satisfied with their service and also thankful to the complaint management team of Renault India...Thanks Renault 💐

                  1. They have not checked brake pad which was completely worn.

                  They have sent a email saying soory that's it, and are giving various excuse regarding discount not given. Any way I am no longer interested in Renault bikaner and can close my complaint for now and forever. I have changed my car, s brake pad from outside market and now expecting nothing from bikaner service centre.

                    I bought Renault Kwid RXL (Air bag) on starting month of 2019 car no - DL3CCQ7482. Yesterday i was met with very hard accident at Narsen Khurd, Uttarkhand-247670. Even after this Dangerous accident car air bag was not open. I want to file a case against this as we are paying 35-45K extra for this air bag feature how can company can compromise with our security. I am also uploading the pictures then you will see yourself how company Renault actually playing with our life.

                        Like "treasure hunt, "I think Renault has launched "Trouble hunt" in its vehicles. I am the proud owner of Renault Duster 85ps and now playing "trouble hunt" after vehicle touched 40k KMs. It started with "clutch problem" and made a big hole in my wallet.The repair cost was 1 rupee/km your vehicle has run. After this repair, I hunted one more problem.i.e. "stiff steering". Now, I feel I am driving fully loaded 10 wheel truck while trying to take a turn, the steering won't rotate.

                        This doesn't end here. Today, I hunted another jackpot, "The famous gearbox problem".When I tried to move my vehicle, the gearbox stopped working, not shifting to first gear too.
                        I don't need to justify whether I made a wise decision by purchasing Renault Duster.
                        I wish my issues be addressed by the concerned team who can resolve it responsibly.

                          Dear Sir,
                          Benchmark service Center thane kajupada again proves that they can add another unsatisfied customer to their list . I will not highlight the issue as I am tired of it . I had complained last time . I was charged a hefty 20 K rs for services and don’t feel the worth of it .

                          The net effect is that I will move out of my choice of Renault vehicle and will not resort to any Renault Vehicle as my new purchase as I was looking at buying Triber

                          Thanks to Benchmark Sevice Center Kajupada for providing a huge unsatisfactory customer experience since last 3 years consistently . Ideally I should be asking a refund but I know at times even companies like Renault might require money to sustain and guys like Benchmark are your collection agents to raise sustain funds .

                          Are you sure your Cusat is 78% or is it fabricated ?

                          To sum up all you have lost a loyal customer and trust me I will dissuade people from buying Renault vehicles as I have lost money by investing in a brand like Renault .

                          I think you are unable to manage this as a Company . Utterly disappointed

                            My car was given for insurance claim in the service centre of Bikaner, first they said the air bag is not available with the company and they took 25 days to get the car repaired. Now as the car has got repaired they are still not delivering the car for the past 5 days because the insurance company is not responding to their mail. I have never experienced such pathetic service with any other car service company. It seems they are deliberately harassing me because I demanded my car to be delivered at the earliest.

                                1. Water droplets in the headlight. (left side)
                                2. Ac _ (inlet air/outlet air knob)
                                3. rear door is not working from inside

                                Problems faced
                                Mr. ARUN KUMAR who is the salesperson, who was communicated well before the payment initiation started. after all the process completed he is not even picking up the call... After communication given to customer care, he came to my line with a horrible tone in his voice.

                                I have talked to more than 5 to 6 people from the showroom regarding the same issue but still, there is no answer. the only answer I get is "will check and come back to you" no response until I callback them later on.

                                So, Is this the procedure?? customer have to follow for the concern?? even though what is the result??

                                from morning 10 am till the end of the day I'm waiting for the answer. I didn't get the answer to the above questions bcoz still, they are checking

                                Action required:

                                My request is that, I cant take many permissions from my office, so I need to be resolved my all issues on the same day ( date you have to confirm)

                                RESOLUTION:

                                PICKUP & DROP must be taken care of by the KUN Renault and service to be done without any charge.

                                  Duster 110PS - Fuel Injector Issue

                                  I own Renault Duster purchased in 2016. In just 34K kms, I get electronic/electrical red warning light and it suggests issue with fuel injector. I got stranded on Sunday in middle of highway with family and cannot explain the ordeal in words. This happened just 4 days after getting the car from 4th year service and 1 month out of warranty.                                   We purchased a kwid rxt model 2016. We face brake problem when we apply brake on slow speed on brake pedal got jammed and brake not works (Same like brake peddel in engine off position,) we had raised complaint at kollam;kerala service centre, but they have not rectified the fault, the problem still persist. Today i felt it too difficult to stop my car in a very urgent situation and had a narrow escape. I will take up the matter more intensively in the coming days as it is very risky.
