Renault service complaint

I am writing this complaint with regards to the poor service from Renault India. I have given my vehicle in banner service center as it has steering wheel rod problem. It's a new vehicle and under service warranty but Renault is not taking appropriate action to repair the faulty part

Fuel injector failure in Duster AMT- twice in 2 years and refusal to cover under warranty

I live in Kannur, Kerala, and own a Renault Duster (RXS-110 PS AMT) purchased in January 2019. My previous car was a Duster as well, a manual transmission, which I used for over 5 and half years without any issues. Service and job work charge related - Renault Noida

Renault renault duster amt - major issue with transmission

Hi Team,

I bought a Renault Duster amt rxl in August 2016. Love the car for its handling, drive quality and road presence but it has 1 major problem since 5000KMS in ODO and few minor problems which I have got it rectified. This problem shouldnt be there in a 16lakhs rupee car. After first service i started noticing shuddering/stuttering at low speeds (1st & 2nd gears) this shuddering/stuttering results in dramatic vibrations...

Renault Bangalore dealer charging Handling and logistics charges compulsory

Hi Renault India,

Today I went to book for Kiger RXZ NA dual tone variant from Trident Silk board, Bangalore dealer.

They have added Rs 9853 as Handling and Logistics charges to the overall On- road price.

Want to raise a complaint against that, why they have made compulsory and how can I get that waived off.

Complaint regarding Vehicle Burnt out (Lodgy)

Kwid booked a month back but not received yet

Complaining about salesman behavior issue

Clutch is very hard .

I bought Renault Duster in 2013 . From the starting only it's clutch is hard . I complained also in some services but they generally told me that duster has normally hard clutch then other cars . It's been almost 80k kilometers driven till now . I am 31 year old and after driving somuch of this car now started facing problem in my left knee . I have purchased a Renault triber MH04KD5695 from Benchmark motors Thane branch back in Dec 2019.
The car had a fasttag sticker on it but apparently it was not registered in mine or my wife's name, it was registered for some Santosh Jadav, similarly I received two RC registration card one for my car and one for Mr. Jadav.

Renault duster- fire accident

Hello,
Renault Duster (AP09CQ3369)has meet with a fire accident on 27th January, 2021 in Hyderabad near to Gandhi Hospital. The incident has been reported to the fire station, PPS Renault Service Center- Amberpet and National Insurance Company on the same date and submitted the vehicle to the services center on the same day.
We have submitted all the required documents to the insurer, we have not yet received technical reason...
