I have a renault duster awd which is about 4 years old and lately i have been encountering a speaker problem. The media player is working but the speakers are not putting out any sound. failure of vehicle by some mismanagement at renault navi mumbai workshop

My vehicle renault duster is serviced regularly at renault authorised benchmark navi mumbai workshop, i had send my vehicle for small work for tightening of mounting stud for engine cover. First the staff was not agreeing that they have done this work, then after showing them old invoice & arguing for 1 hour he agreed to do the needful.
