I had raised a complaint to close my bike subscription since the same was lying idle for past 2 months due to covid-19 pandemic situation.
The complaint was raised on[protected].
I was asked to pay an amount of 8898/- to close the subscription reason being it was pre-closed.
They have added an advance fees of Rs.837/- FTM of June from 1st June to 6th June which I have never used the service at all.
There were multiple mails written but no one is bothered to respond to me and I am getting SMSs to make the payment of 7988/- to close the subscription.
I asked to explain the price break up but in vain and no one is answering their customer service call as well.
