This is shreedhar here I had placed the order on Rentomojo about a week back.
I
had placed an order for certain appliances and furniture under order ID.[protected].
The order was placed on 02 Sep 22. The KYC was such a pathetic experience I I went through.
I just kept raising issues on chats with aganints for resolution but there was no use. Everyone just kept saying they will raise the level further. I guess the amount of times they have raised the level I should have gotten a call from the CEO.
Now that you agents have also stopped responding on chats also. proof of the same is as attached. Also details of the products ordered for rent are attached. I guess I am regretting the decision of choosing you guys over furlenco.
Last call I received I was promised that the product will be delivered in 24 hours which was two days back.
You are requested to go through the twitter Handel of Rentomojo and you would find multiple case with screenshot as proof of the same.
This is pure harassment, that's all. On top of this they have audacity to say this on chat box that I am given a fake feedback. Was this information helpful? |
