Bangalore - oct 19: at the time of booking i was guaranteed a 72 hrs delivery, just to match the timings with furlenco, i believe. Now after 48 hrs as well i have not received any call back, i have called 6 times and have been promised a call back within a few hours but none has been done so far.
Now they say it can be delivered probably by after 2 or 3 days, for that also they are not giving certainty. Hence wherever it says 72 hrs they actually mean maybe by 144 hrs, this is clearly false information/advertisement.
Even if i try booking the same product now they are still showing delivery in next 3days, and even for me they are saying it might be delivered in another 3 days. Was this information helpful? |
