I have rented one Livpure water purifier on 30th August 2021 from Rentomojo for 6 monthes. It was delivered on 3rd September 2021 but not installed. 5th September, One support person from Livpure visit and confirm that the product is faulty, It has a faulty PCB and adapter, So it need to be replaced. Today is 17th Sepetember, Still now its neither replaced nor installed. Daily I need to arrange for drinking water. But rentomojo is charging rent and holding my deposit. Since Drinking water is a basic need to human, I request Consumer Forum to intervene in this matter. Was this information helpful? |
