I ordered furniture from rentomojo on 12 dec 2018. From 12 dec to 20 dec rentomojo did not bother to tell me that my delivery area is unserviceable, instead kept on asking for documents for kyc. I had paid my security deposit too. On 20 december i called to ask about the delivery as it was more than a week since i had ordered, the reply comes your area is not serviceable. The company did not even bother to inform this on their own. Frustrated i asked for cancelling tth order and refunding the security deposit. To which the reply comes we can cancel the order in next 48 hours. After so much harassment one has to wait for another 48 hours till the order is cancelled and the process of money return is initiated. The company is a fraudster, having expertise in harassing people. One might shout, yell at the customer service agents but they are used to this and continue with their scams. Please please don't book your furniture from there. Also the calling charges to the customer service are abnormally high. No normal calling rates apply. Was this information helpful? |
