I've ordered a laptop, Deposit amount has been deducted but due to non completion of KYC it says it cannot be proceeded for the delivery.
The app is not at all allowing me to complete KYC. There's no option to update the KYC details. Tried many a times to contact customer care they don't bother at all.
Only once they answered the call and asked me to share th documents to Thier email id. I've shared my documents to email id "[protected]@rentomojo.com". They haven't acknowledge it and neither they are responding to any of issues. Was this information helpful? |
