Rentomojo is the most pathetic rental service I have come across.
I wanted to change a product. I was told that I have to select a different product pay the amount and the current product need to be ore -closed, there is a hefty pre closure amount taht will get waived off in 48 hours of pick up.
I have the payment last date of other rented products by 10th.
The product was picked up on 4th and it's been 4 days and no waive off charge. In addition I am getting emails that if I don't clear the amount I will be charged 10% extra as late charges.
I have contacted them like 100 times one emails on chats and calls.
Nobody is responsive on any communication.
I will not clear the amount unless they not wave off the charges.
