It's been more than 1 month that I received all clearance from quality check after returning my product and process my return of security deposit. But no refund processed yet after multiple tickets raised regarding this issue. Emails dated 12 June where Mr. Srikanth email with 72hrs of time for refund but no resolution. Later raised issue from their app and received call from their customer care around 24 June and was promised that withing next 7 days the security deposit will be credited to my account but till now not received my security deposit. This is complete harassment and delay even after so many multiple email requests and calls. Was this information helpful? |
