I got a call from Shashwat through olx he is an employee of rento mojo and he calculated the total rent of 3 months for washing machine and fridge as total 1100 each.this amount is for 3 months which means approx 375 per month it would cost me.He was calling and messaging every now and then so I decided to go with that and paid the security deposit to book both the items.Later I got to know that they increased the security deposit by cancelling an order and replacing the fridge order so I have to pay deposit again.
Today I got 5 different calls from different girls from Rentomojo’s verification team with completely different and insane information on each and every call.finally they cause me loose my patience when they said on cancellation they would refund the money into rento mojo wallet not into my bank directly.first they were making an excuse of KYC and documentation.once I completed KYC Then they started making an excuse of availability and hence asked me to cancel all three orders and then place fresh new order by paying more money.one girl also asked to use a different number for booking new items.and other girl Sahana said that the money will not be refunded to bank it gets adjusted in rento mojo wallet for future transactions.
I don’t find a procedure to cancel my order and no one is available to answer my calls.Shashwat stopped answering my calls.His senior Aditya is saying give me time till evening and then till morning.he doesn’t have any answers to my query so he just gives me another time and ask to wait.but never calls back.Hence it won’t be possible for me to deal with such a FRAUD company in future.Kindly ask them to refund my full money that I paid as they are unable to deliver the products and they don’t have a contact helpline to contact as their mentioned numbers are never available.They don’t have an internal system where they verify the information with each other.They don’t know the difference between fridge and refrigerator.They don’t have an immediate response team.Their system overcharges the customers directly from their credit card.I wonder what their products would be like.
