I placed an order for a treadmill 1 week ago. The expected date of delivery was 5 days before i placed the order.
Today is 6th day from the date of order and till today my delivery date is not scheduled.
I have tried reaching out to the customer care twice every day for past 4 days. All I am assured is that I will get a call back from rentomojo.
I was told by the customer care representative that my number was not reachable when they tried calling, which is not true.
I was told today that the product spare parts are missing and they cannot commit an exact date of delivery of the product.
I am in a predicament. There is absolutely no way I can think of to resolve my issue. I cannot speak to the right executive who can resolve this issue. Apparently everyone I talk to tell me the same thing. That I will receive a call back. However I never get that call.
If the company is reading this message. I hope you improve upon your customer service . My problem still persists and I hope you would take it seriously. Was this information helpful? |
