Subscription was closed on 15th June with proper return. They validated the items and processed refund. Now the status is done but I'm yet to receive the amount. I lodged a complaint on their portal for the same on 4th July. Even shared a valid bank statement for the time duration with transactions details showing. The team replied that a certain refund team will look into it, but I have not yet received any reply. A certain Vikram Raja and Simran Khan have been just dodging my mails with the same reply. This is very unprofessional behavior and lack of customer support. Horrible from Rentomojo and I would suggest consumers look at other companies in a competitive market so that they dont face such circumstances Was this information helpful? |
