I rented a refrigerator and a washing machine in Mumbai in Jul'19 from Rentomojo and closed my contract wef 15th April 2020 and the same has been accepted by Rentomojo.
I am in Chennai from 15th Mar 2020 and not living in Mumbai, so not using the appliances.
Rentomojo is not arranging the pickup and keep charging me monthly rent while the items are not being used and there in the closed house.
Their customer service is not responding for email and not reachable by phone.
Please help me in this regard
Desired solution : Rentomojo to pickup the items and stop charging the rent. If they cannot arrange pickup, they need to stop collecting the rent as the items are not in use Was this information helpful? |
