1. I am relocating to a new place and hence contacted rentomojo around a month ago for rent to own. After 10 days a representative named mohmad replied with estimated cost.
2. Meanwhile i started getting calls from rentomojo for payment reminder of the june month. Around 3 people called me after every 2 days and i kept on informing them that i have asked for rent to own and i am willing to buyout the product. Each one of them told me that the concerned department will contact you immediately, but no on contacted me. I also informed the 3rd representative that last 2 representative told me i would receive a call from rent to own department but i never did and he repeated the same.
3. I wrote an email to customer care requesting an update on my rent to own request req[protected] and a representative named vikram raja replied that rent to own has been suspended and is no more available. I informed him that just 10 days back i was given a quotation for the same thing and how can you all of a sudden reply back saying it is not possible. He has't responded post that.
4. I called up customer care on 22nd june around 3:24 pm ist and spoke to a representative named purnabha.
A. I explained her everything and she said i spoke to concern department and you will be receiving an email in another 10 mins from them. I told her to confirm the same via email or just send an email regarding the discussion we had. She declined saying she cant do that and i was surprised as to what kind of customer care is this. I asked her 2-3 times to send some sort of confirmation but she declined and just provided me the reference number for the conversation, ref no: 590718.
B. I asked her to sort this issue over call itself but she again declined saying that is not possible.
C. I asked her the procedure to close the subscription and she said that has to be requested online. I informed that a close request was already raised by me few days ago, she informed that the request was closed due to my rent to own request.
5.in a nutshell, the worst customer representatives i have ever experienced. None of them was skilled enough to track down the conversations i had with the rent to own team and i had to ask them to look for it and provide all the details every time. To ask for money rentomojo gives a call reminder, to extend the subscription i received a call every 2 months and that was done on phone itself, but when i want to get my queries sorted over call apparently that is not possible. I rented the appliance from you guys for more than an year and this behaviour towards customer is not acceptable. I think rentomojo does not yet know what customer retention or what harm reviews and complains cause to the business. Was this information helpful? |
