Since there was no option available in APP to request for owning the product, I have requested over the phone. Since I have subscribed to Rentomojo in the year 2018 so i was eligible for rent to own. I received Quotation on 19th April 2021 but could not process the closure due to pandemic issue.
Once again, I have requested quote on 11th August and i was given the same quote which i received on 19th April.
So i have responded to Rentomojo ([protected]@rentomojo.com) for inquires on why 3 products depreciation is not done out of 4 products requested but there was no response. So i send reminder mail again on 20th August but didnt receive any response.
on 9th Sept i called customer service on my queries, but the customer service person said that mail not received. so while on call i forwarded both my mails but she said that mail not receive. once again i copied and send the mail using another e-mail ID. finally she said that she received the mail. and i was given a ticket No, and said that our technical team will get back to you.
Later in the evening around 4.30 PM i received a call from customer service person (Mr. Sankar). I thought he is from technical team, but to my surprised he call me just to read out what was written in quotation mail (used even the word " i am trying to educate you"). He was not even ready to listen to my queries but was continuously talking and just repeating the E-mail.
