I had rented a table and chair from them for 14. & 13 months respectively. I knew that the commitment is about to end so I went to the app and raised a query stating please share the end date of subscription and I would like to end it now so that no extra charges are levied.
There was no reply and they charged me rent for entire Nov month. I finally googled how to raise closure request after seeing process on google and they charged me for 6 days in Dec as well.
Upon escalation they said we are no longer seeing general queries you should have raised it again from other sources.
I even as a goodwill agreed to pay rent Till 30 Nov but Sunit from their team is adamant that il have to pay or they will deduct from my deposit forcefully Was this information helpful? |
