I have requested my AC service 12-15 days back and I got call from Rentomojo schedule executive that time. Schedule executive informed they will not come as per my availability. I thought ok lets manage from my side, hence I decided let them come as per their schedule/availability. Schedule executive confirmed (04/04/2023) their available time to come to my place. As per their time I rented the tall size ladder (as I am living in 2nd floor and need ladder to access outdoor unit) by 500 INR per day. But surprisingly service person not came as per their scheduled and after 4 days past I got call from scheduling executive name "Sid". And he started saying the insulting word like 'He is not ready to here my lecture' and many more. Was this information helpful? |
