I have asked the company to close my subscriptions with them since i was moving out of my flat. After repetitive calls, emails and chats they raised the closure for one product as i had clearly mentioned that there are two products under my name and all of it needs to closed.
The customer representative said that no issues the pickup will take both the products and it will reflect in my account. It's been almost a month i have been following up they keep saying 48 to 72 hours they will call back and the case will be resolved.
But yet until now, there is no revert from the company.
