This Complaint is against Rentomojo. I have rented out a few products from them and one of the products is a mini fridge for a 12 months tenure starting February 2022, have had issues with the fridge earlier and barely used it as i bought a bigger fridge and now that i want to cancel and return the fridge 9 months off my tenure i am still being charged 3x as a early cancellation fee. However, as per the cancellation and return policy the charge for 12 months tenure on electronic and fitness products early cancellation is 1 month's rent. Tried talking to the support via chat but no resolution provided and rep who called definitely did not know his/her own company polices as he/she kept repeating its 3x charge for cancellation and no resolution provided again.
Resolution Expected: Do not charge more than what is being told, correct the bill and provide better customer service.
