Rentomojo — worst experience and worst customer service - i had subscription for bed, mattress, cupboard and side table

I had to close my subscription for 4 items - bed, mattress, cupboard, and side table. I had called customer service for the same to close it as the app was not functioning well. I had told the customer service person that i need to get the pick soon as i don't want to get charges for next month. The customer service person told me i have to do it from the app itself and then we can call back to get the pick up sooner. I tried the app the next day and there it showed me pick up for the next 7 days which i thought could be changed later, i went ahead with it and then at the end, it shows me charges for early closure plus for the next 7 days which are exorbitant. Just for 7 days, they are almost charging complete month rent. When i call the customer service they state we cannot do anything about it and its mandate you have to raise a request 7 days prior. I understand its the policy but if the earlier agent told me it is possible, then i thought they could work around for early closure but this customer agent was really rude and would not just let me talk. I had to actually stop him and request him to let me speak. I requested to talk to manager and he denied and stated will arranged a call back, which i don't think i would ever get. Worst customer service. Surely, never going to use their services henceforth.

This is to inform about weird and harrassing behaviour about Rentomojo staff Sunil Kumar who always call me and ask me to pay rent which I do on time. However due to Covid I am running 2 months behind to pay my rent and I told him about that I will pay the whole amount when I have money to pay till then I am paying in half amount which I get every month. But he started calling and texting and when I don't give him a reply he showed himsel[censored]p to my apartment without informing and when I ask him why then he gives such an excuse that he is here to know when I am gonna make a payment and he calls continuously for 6-7 times. Which I don't have to say anything else when I already told him and he agreed but he is just started harrassing now giving payment an excuse.
Mail to Rentomojo officially but never get reply for anything. Such a pathetic and worst online service moreover ugliest staff behaviour ever. I wanna return the items and stop renting from them.
