I had my ticket booked in ranchi to kolkata bus on 7/02/19 having my boarding point Ramgarh Bus Stop. The bus is scheduled to depart from ranchi at 8.00pm to kolkata at 6.00am in the next morning while picking passengers in between the stoppages. My boarding time was 9.15pm at Ramgarh bus stand. As the bus failed to meet its schedule i enquired the whereabouts they replied my boarding point was ranchi and i missed it. But I showed the ticket to the royal cruiser bus stand at ramgarh and they told me to travel to bokaro via another bus which would be refunded when i reach. But after reaching the bus at bokaro the clearly denied of refunding any sort of travel cost. This such mishap should be mitigated to cause any sort of consumer harassment and compensation must be done.
