I shri pinakesh roy, i have booked my e-ticket as on 26/01/2014 at 11.32 pm, from your direct royal cruiser website for me (Pinakesh roy) & my wife (Pamela roy)for royal cruiser bus service from asansole to kolkata. But royal cruiser representative informed me as on 31/01/2014 at around 3 p.M, royal cruiser bus departure time from asansole has been changed, the schedule departure time from asansole at 8.00 am as on 05/02/2014 instead of 8.30 am at lower chelia danga bus stand (Asansole) as per telephonic conversion. But as on 05/02/2014) i have wait for royal cruiser bus at lower chelia danga bus stand (Asansole)till 9 am. Several time i make call [protected] in this number, but phone has ringed but no body ansewr me or inform me about your bus service & i have wait 1 hours 30 minutes with my wife & 2 years baby.Then your asansole agent informed me, the bus will not come & bus already reached at durgapur.
The situation was very crucial for me, my wifw & my 2 years baby for cancellation of your bus ser vice with out any information.
This is for your kind information and further necessary action please.
