Durring my travel from kolkata to ranchi I had submitted my backpack to royal cruiser attendant. After completion of my journey I had received my bag fully wet. MY clothes, laptop and other items are found in a bad condition due to water. I had informed attendant but response from him was very disappointing. Atleast royal cruiser inform in advance were to keep LUGGAGE and atleast performed before putting LUGGAGE in LUGGAGE BOX.
