Royal Cruiser — misbehave and call related issue

I m very dissapointed wid the service of the royal cruiser.. I must say they are so illeterate nd manner less.. They don't know how to talk..
When i asked the bus conductor.. Ki aap passenger ko call karte ho jo late ho jate hain.. Then he said yes... Nd there was no call in ma number.. Aur o itna rudely baat kar raha tha jaise baat karne ki tameez na ho.. Royal cruiser is a big brand.. Aise battamizi ki umeed to bilkul v ni karte hm.. Hamare wajah se aap ho.. Aapke wajah se hm nai.. Agar call aaya hota to meri bus miss ni hoti... Free me travel ni karate ho aap.. We pay for dis.. We fetch every detail about ourselves.. Agar koi problm ho to aap call kar sako.. Lekin nahi.. Kyu call karoge.. Loss to hamara hain na.. Aur hm refund ki guzarish v nai kar sakte.. Wow.. Very disappointed
