I travelled from vip nagar bypass to baguhati i asked for the proper area ticket as the conductor refuse to give and he went arrogant and misbehave with me for asking the proper ticket. He mentioned he cannot give proper are wise as it’s not in the system. I told him i regularly travel and i do receive the proper are wise ticket but he refused. Plz look forward
