Hydraulic failure in cot

We purchased a hydraulic lifting cot from Royal oak, we need to shift the house and inquired the charge for dismantling and assembling 'the quote which they quoted you will not be able to believe we can purchase another cot from ordinary showroom.

Most significant part is their customer service (people they hired for doing the carpentry work is miserable. i don't know whether the company as a royal oak is asking such huge cost...

Emerald king size bed pending delivery for over 2 weeks

Replacement of defective Bar Stool - BST033BL Senate Barstool

Took money, not delivered goods

Delivered cheap quality Furniture

I bought house hold furniture from ROYAL OAK (SAHAKAR NAGAR) .blore north.
out of which bed and comp chair did not last for even four months..the bed frame leg side is broken, and comp chair hand support is also broken.
after giving them notice of damage,they have'nt turn up so far.when ever we call them they keep their phone busy always.
this is realy hurting u pay so much for the product and the product doesnt...
