Rto Koramangala Bangalore — Driving schools agent are getting preference over in-person applicant

Hi,

I visited RTO Koramangala Bangalore twice in a month for learning licence.
As per https://sarathi.nic.in we can submit fee from portal but it is not taking it.
So we had to got through window counter, where we were in line and waited for more than 1 hour to submit it.
1 - when i reached to window i saw, they had a list of applicants from driving school and she was keep entering the registration number from list to submit it and she was not listening us.
2 - during online test driving school's applicants directly entered in examination hall and we were waiting there for at least half an hour.

please look into this.
