Please help me to my refund

Dear sir I uploaded my aadhar card in RummyCircle to kyc but RummyCircle says to me this aadhar card is already use another user but it's my own aadhar card sir I have already emailed RummyCircle lots of time but RummyCircle give me common answer all time they are not solve my problem and not send my refundable balance if my aadhar is used another user blocked this user account and do my account kyc and send my money
Please help me...

i trying from 20 days
i attached the screenshot of recieved same email by rummycircle.com support team.

the rummycircle.com not processed my blocked amount refund in my linked account.

Dear sir i have already sended my aadhar card 30 times but after sending my aadhar card they are not verify my aadhar card and send common message of irragulities in your account
if rummycircle not open my account please help me to initiate refund of my amount
rummycircle ignore me long time and not solve my problem i will give you my bank details please initiate my refund

      Sir i upload my own document first time in rummy circle and i upload after that they are block my account and tell reason that this document is already use another user how it's possible sir i use my document first time in rummy circle if another user use please tells details and block another user accounts and do my kyc of my document
      And send my money and first time block to say I include another user to play games but it's not reason
      Please sir they are not solve my problem

                My account is blocked since sep 2020. I have some amount approx 20000 in my rummy account. I can't withdraw that. I can't play cash games also. There is a msg " sorry, you can't play cash games or do transactions. This is a procedure to protect your account" it is very long time. Please now activate my account.

                  I have deleted my account with username Char5236 which was done with KYC and I have opened new account with username Char517. When I tried to do KYC on new account it got blocked saying my KYC is linked with another account and customer support told me they have transferred all the money in new account to old deleted account. I have submitted request to reactivate old account and the team has reactivated but still it is blocked so I'm unable to play cash tournaments and I don't see money transferred to the old account. The Customer support is unresponsive as they keep sending auto response that they have answered my query even after sending lots of emails that my issue is never addressed. I'm reaching you to please have them fix it as soon as possible as I have my money stuck in it.

                            I played on rummy circle using my account chetan006719 and earn money after that i try to withdraw my money so they ask for kyc then i completed my kyc but they deny my application and suspend my account and transfered my whole amount to my old account bitturaja007 whose i forget my login id and password for that i ask rummy circle through twitter account for giving me my login credential but they deny to help me said to send form registered mail id that was not known by me, pls help me in this matter i ready to give my kyc or vkyc

                              Hello. I was playing on rummycircle. Due to some financial losses i asked them to temporary disable my acount fot 90 days so that i can recover. After three months ehen i requested them to activate my ac. Again they denied. After that i tried to mail them around 50 times. Most of the times they dont reply bt whenevr they reply, reply with the same copied text. They are arrogantly treating me. I had money in balance. My kyc details are at them. Its beeen ovr a year now still they r not helping me. Plz help me to get acces to my ac. Plz ask them to reactivate my acount. My details of rummycircle ac. As follows:
