Validation problem

I am a Rummycircle user and playing for 1month . But some how one day when I trying to enter the app there was a validation problem. My user account is not exists....

Every day Rummycircle sending spam messages and calls from different number.

Address: Play Games24x7 Pvt. Ltd., P.O.Box 17640, Malad (W), Mumbai 400064.

They are sending me promotional messages and calling me every day on my personal mobile number. I have never visited their website, and never subscribed, or logged in. I don't know how they got my phone number. They are spamming me with different numbers, and it is very impossible to block them all. I tried to block as many numbers as possible, but they keep contacting me from different numbers. I'm hoping this complaint will resolve my issue....

Spam otp in a financial fraud attempt

Hi Rummy circle,
I'm getting continuous otp from your website and I have never even visited your website. Please stop sending this or else I'll have to reach out to cyber complaint department for mentally harassing me and financial fraud.
This has happened in past also and not at all accepted. Please take appropriate action....

Account blocked not able to withdraw money user hari1299723

My account blocked and requested to submit bank passbook or bank statement, cheque leaf to verify the user. I don't have bank passbook hence submitted bank statement and cheque leaf. Even after submitting all required docs, I'm still receiving reply they can't validate the details and requesting the bank statement, cheque leaf. Account under investigation from 30days

Sir my account is under investigation from last 30days when I drop a mail to fairplay team every time they are sending a common reply " We are investigating your account we will get back to you soon" I don't know why this much of time is being taken to investigate an account... I am very disappointed with that reply every time......

Im complaining against getting to much spam calls from rummy circle
