Account blocked / suspended

My account was suspended without any reason when i wrote a mail to "[protected]@rummycircle.com" below response, when i asked them what kind irregularities i got no response, without any reason they simply suspended. They didn't give details of irregularities in my account. I didn't committ any fraud, please remove the suspension on my account.

The whole app faced some error and I lost 10650 INR

I was playing the second last game from where i faced network error after refreshing the game, switched too wifi and other networks it didn't worked out. In last game i was on winning side where the same thing happened and i lost 10650 INR. I raised the ticket of same thing but it didn't worked out. I have screen recordings of the same and pics recorded while playing the game....
