I Requested for cancellation of Shipment from meerut UP to Kashmir Bearing number[protected]

The manager at Meerut City Branch accepted the request and promised that he will send the consignment back to the origin.

In this regard sent a mail to the [protected]@safexpress.com as well.

Neither the consignment has been sent to the origin not the manager is answering my calls.

Please solve...

Broken products received

I received broken products around 7000 rs from safexpress delivery service. I paid half of purchase amount to safe delivery. But I received 3parcels of fully damaged for waybill number[protected]. No one give response to broken products and worst service in safexpress. Very worst service & waste of money....

Customer support executive is not responding

I have booked my pick up from 711102 for the date of 25 aug 22, and i planned my journey for our Station accordingly. But after waiting since morning I didn't get any call from any side regarding my pick up...and finally I dialled to howrah brach office they refused to pick up my courier as per the scheduled date . Now I am in tension what to do next because I have a planned journey for the next day and they have refused to pick my courier...

Regarding poor service

The service was pathetic.. I sent one medium trunk box and bike...
But on delivery i found the lock of box and upper panel was damage.....

Receiving short Goods

This was the third time that we are receiving goods shortly, the case is party damage and the good inside it was short.
the goods cost almost 1900rs to 2000rs.

Waybill Undelivered Customer care number no picking call

I was expecting my package to arrive 2 days back but yesterday package was out of delivery from morning but in evening got status Waybill Undelivered? May I know what is reason package couldnt be delivered and why i dont received any call or message on phone for same? Why didnt delivery person even cared to call me once?

Luggage Box Fully Damage

My Luggage Box was perfect in condition before the luggage collection from Bathinda, And at the time of pick up also it was in good condition .But after the door step delivery Luggage Box was completely damaged. Website not working and nobody picking up calls

I ordered a bicycle from firefox and unfortunately, they have safexpress as their courier partners, their website has been nonexistent for 5-6 days, and their toll-free number is not working also nobody is picking up their head office phone number as well iv also noticed that sometimes it rings and sometimes it shows that its busy it's clear that they are deliberately ignoring calls. it's just hopeless with safexpress PLEASE DONT EVER DO...

Unavailability of website and helpline

It has been 4 days and the website and helpline is not working. I have packed everything but pickup not done yet. Since website is not working i am not able to request for a pick up. I have a deadline to vacate campus by tomorrow. Kindly look into the matter....

Package still at location for 2 weeks: waybill 107389792

I have dropped my motorcycle at Leh, Ladakh on July 9th to be delivered to me. But my bike is still at Leh branch office for the last 2 weeks. I have called the customer support 3 times this week all they do is disconnect my call. I have faced a bad customer support from SafeExpress team all the 3 times, once they just didn't even speak on the call.

I just want my bike to be delivered to me...

3 Cartons all broken and items spilling and missing - Way Bill No.102319014o.

WayBill No.[protected] shipment made from chennai to Mumbai and boxes packed by courier from house and delivered at another residence, all 3 cartons broken with items spilling all over - mementos and all items messed up in boxes with further cursory glance -4 mementos missing. Safex courier is not ready to deliver at my place

I bought a cycle from Hero Lectro and they courier the cycle by Safexpress, First of all the parcel was supposed to be delivered on 16th July 2022 Saturday, but got delayed, on 19th July 2022 Wednesday I got a call from courier partner saying it cannot deliver it to my place as there is only one order. So I have two choices either I have to collect it from a location which is 4 to 5km away from my home(It is not a small parcel it is a bicycle)...

Missing Bora

We are the firm Allure enterprises and we have sent our material to our client Physicswallah Sikar branch via safexpress.

This complaint is regarding Billty no.[protected].
We have dispatched the material to Sikar on 27 May, 2022 having two Bora of bag of our client named as physicswallah.

I have lodged my complaint vide 00138075 on 14 June and 25 June this year respectively. In the complaint status it is written as complaint resolved by your company. It's a total negligence by your part, my complaint is still pending and not resolved. I have not received any refund or claim against my damaged items.

This part of yours completely reflecting that you totally lie to your costumers. How can you write that complaint...
