[Resolved] Safexpress — cheating

I have booked one consignment bangalore to tiruvannamalai and before booking i asked the total charges he said rs 800/- after booking they have charged rs3600/- without information and the receiver also returned the goods.
Final what we have received that amount it was shocked because they have charged rs5275/- so it shows how they misguided and fake information giving so i request to all don't use this transport and it's an humble request.
He is working in btm layout

one adult cycle and two boxes are shown to be delivered but haven't. I will file a theft complaint in the nearest police station if not resolved on time.
