[Resolved] Safexpress — Complain about delaying of service

As reputable safe express seems the delivery of the product is delaying so much we are losing our potential clients because our product has not yet been delivered and its already going to be 10 days now this is so unprofessional other courier service are safe fast and easy but not with safe express i am very disappointed.
I may have to score lower on the performance on our site and on our page
