Safexpress — I am complaining about the package I received

I have never seen such a poor delivery service. I had couriered two boxes. When the delivery was done, I received one box which was properly packed by Safexpress while the other box was just taped, and was in the tattered state.

No action has been taken so far by Safexpress, this clearly shows that they don't care about the customers.
