Respected sir/mam.
I am mr. Janak rathi. I had 4 seats booked from redbus service portal. The information are as follows:
Date of journey : 23/06/2019
Travel destination: yavatmal to pune

Seat no. S : 9, 10, 15&16
Bus no. : mh 40 at 0861
Bus service name : saini travels
When we boarded the bus the seats 9 & 10 were completely wet as the rain water was dripping in the bus. Please download the photos attached. The conductor of the bus did not take any action. He had no extra bed sheets nor any extra blanket to give. I and my wife had to sleep on the wet bed the entire night that to in the ac bus.
Its my sincere request that either redbus or saini travels please refund my one ticket which was of 9&10 seat number.
Please do the needfull at the earliest.
