Respected sir/mam.

I am mr. Janak rathi. I had 4 seats booked from redbus service portal. The information are as follows:

When we boarded the bus the seats...

Very rude and third class staff of saini travels they don't call me even single time b4 leaving rudra parking and the number given of saini travels [protected] was switch off i was continuously calling them to tell that i am reaching in 2 minutes but number was switch off they didn't wait for 5 minutes also and didn't call single time b4 leaving and are charging 1400 rs for ticket and cannot call a single time???
. When i call their office...

My bus booking with pnr[protected] saini travels was due on 20-june-16 at 11:50pm i was on the pick up point from 11:45pm to 2:00 am but only a single bus was seen at stop which even did not stop at the pick up point and no other bus was at the stop i did not receive any last call for my booking
I request u to consider my complaint n do the necessary as soon as possible...
