Saini Travels — rude behavior and non supporting staff of saini travels.

Very rude and third class staff of saini travels they don't call me even single time b4 leaving rudra parking and the number given of saini travels [protected] was switch off i was continuously calling them to tell that i am reaching in 2 minutes but number was switch off they didn't wait for 5 minutes also and didn't call single time b4 leaving and are charging 1400 rs for ticket and cannot call a single time???
. When i call their office of saini travels[protected] and ask them the location of bus and said i am nearby and i can catch the bus please tell me exact location or give me drivers number they refused and used bad words and tell me to go to sangamwadi which is 30 km away and i was on two wheeler. Such hopeless staff they have they they even do not cooperate to tell bus location and ask to stop for 2 minutes. Worst service ever i had experience.
Lucky i saw and catch the bus at chinchwad signal the staff could have easily support me by telling this that the bus is in chinchwad signal pls go there but they did not. Very hope less service
Even a low brand bus staff calls once before leaving but brand like saini cannot call???
You need to look after this very seriously.

I want apology from the staff and the person who talked me on[protected] otherwise i will tell ny every contact about this worst and third class experience and never recommend this bus service to any body.
