This gentleman has received PANcard..but sadly not updated here..
today I have made the online payment of RS-379/- to get the new PAN card. But after the payment successfully made online my account also debited than no receipt of payment is given by the company.
It is the matter of surprise that no contact number is given by the company for customer help . The address of company is on web is :-
Samanta Communications Pvt. Ltd.
no information..nothng else..
fraud company.
At least this message should have come that you will get your PAN card..but no message..and after that the page you applied for also disappeared…

Payment drop is a common issue in any online transaction. All you had to do was go the contact us page of thepancard.com and send a mail. Within few days they will revert to you. There could be delays due to working conditions prevailing now..But please be rest assured that no mails or refund requests had ever been neglected. we request anyone who has any problem may contact us ..we will definitely attend to you.

On 9th Nov2020 I too made the online payment of RS 379/- to get the new PAN card. But after the payment successfully made online from my account also debited 2 times 379+379 than no receipt of payment is given by the company.
When I checked from Net banking it is showing the address of company is Samanta Communications Pvt. Ltd. no information..nothng else..

Oh what a surprise in 2 payments they have returned one payment. I got 375 Rs back in my account.

When i will recv my pan card i had applied 2-3 days before
Today I have made the online payment of RS-379/- to get the new PAN card. But after the payment successfully I didn't recieve the receipt.
Then I checked but I saw so many complaints .

If you want a refund please go to the respective site thepancard.com and make a request. they will gladly do it, instead of writing in third party forums for which we do not have access.

All you had to do was visit that company site and write to them. there is a separate section in our contact us page for such payment drop issue. We have now made your receipt with the help of email id in your screen shot. Now it is already 2 months over. If you want refund please go to that site and make a request to the customer support. Please search where you lost and not somewhere else.

While I was applying for reprint of PAN Card in Samanta Communication private limited After the payment amount 399 rupees is done the website got disappear. What should I do to get my money back.
