I have applied for a new PAN card through https://www.thepancard.com made by Samanta Communications Pvt Ltd, chennai. I had fill up a form made by company website and paid an amount of 399/- through net UPI method. I have filled a form sent by the company website, I have filled the form And received a copy of the form to complete and upload with some supporting documents. soon as I completed the payment, the website page was no more and amount deducted from my account. I have got no receipt or anything else.
